Causes: there is air or gas accumulation in the inlet pipe in the pump body, or the bottom valve is not closed tightly, the irrigation and diversion water is not satisfied, the vacuum pump packing leaks badly, and the gate valve or shooting door is not closed strictly.

 

Exclusion method:

 

1. First press the water up, then fill the pump body with water, and then turn it on. At the same time, check whether the check valve is tight, whether there is air leakage in the pipeline and joint, if air leakage is found, apply lubricating oil or blending paint to the joint after disassembly, and tighten the screws.

 

2. Check the oil seal ring of the pump shaft, if the wear is serious, replace the new parts.

 

3. Water leakage or air leakage in the pipeline. It may be that the nut is not tightened during installation. If the leakage is not serious, cement can be applied to the leakage or leakage, or cement slurry mixed with asphalt oil can be applied. Temporary repairs can be done with wet mud or soft soap. If there is water leakage at the joint, you can use a wrench to tighten the nut, if the leakage is serious, you must reassemble and replace the cracked pipe; Lower the head and press the nozzle of the pump into the water for 0.5m.
